Startup Essentials: A Beginner's Guide to Forming an LLC

This presentation will be touching on the basic steps required to set up an LLC in West Virginia. This includes the necessary West Virginia Secretary of State filing, obtaining an FEIN from the IRS, complying with Corporate Transparency Act requirements, and general corporate formalities necessary to limit an LLC member’s liability.
It will be an action packed hour! LLC formation is a task any entrepreneur can handle on his/her own, but essential steps often get overlooked.
