Formed in 1984, Job Squad, Inc. is a private, nonprofit organization and community rehabilitation program (CRP). Job Squad is all about jobs. The mission of Job Squad, Inc. is to provide employment services and vocational skill development for individuals who experience barriers to employment. Our vision is to be the premier West Virginia Provider of integrated, community-based employment services by implementing evidence-based practices within the highest quality work environments.
