about us

We are a small historic preservation firm that has been in business in West Virginia since 1984. We conduct Historic Resource Surveys, prepare National Register of Historic Places nominations, oversee rehabilitations to historic buildings and sites, complete Section 106 reviews, complete historic tax credit applications and assist downtown business owners and tenants with the rehabilitation of their historic buildings. We have held the state Main Street contract since 1990.
